Shipping:

• Production time is 3 to 7 days.  If the materials are not in stock you will be notified via E-mail.
• Shipping time will depend on your location.
• We do not combine orders.
• We do not ship outside the USA-no P.O. Boxes and no APO addresses.
• We do not back order items.  We will notify you when the materials will be available to complete your order.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notification.
• All Texas residents pay tax.
• All shipped orders will be insured and have a tracking confirmation number paid by the customer.
• When we receive your payment via money order or personal check and it has cleared, your order will be shipped and you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
• There will be a $30 fee for all returned checks.
• Now accepting VISA and MasterCard via telephone only.

Returns:

• The merchandise must be in resalable condition.
• The customer pays the shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
• Report missing merchandise or order errors within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
